Upon request, the Customer shall be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information.
The Customer may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
Means information about an identifiable individual and includes information about the Customer’s Kelly Fedorowich Luxe Experience’s service selections. Publicly available information (such as a public directory listing of a name or information that is printed on a business card – including the Customer’s address, telephone number and email address) is not considered personal information.
